At Cozy Kleen, we take pride in delivering high-quality, hygienic products that meet your expectations. Because our products fall under personal and hygiene care, they are non-returnable once opened or used. However, we understand that issues can happen, and we’re here to make it right.

1. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

Products are eligible for refund or replacement only if:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • You contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a refund or replacement, email us at peoplescrest@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or screenshot)

  • Photos or videos clearly showing the issue

2. Refund Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • In case of replacements, a new product will be shipped after verification.

  • If the product is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

3. Non-Refundable Items

We cannot accept returns or refunds for:

  • Opened, used, or tampered products.

  • Orders reported after 7 days of delivery.

  • Issues caused by incorrect address or failed delivery attempts.

4. Damages During Shipping

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us immediately upon delivery with clear photos of the packaging and product. We’ll investigate and arrange a replacement or refund.
