Risk of Loss or Damage

All products are carefully packed and dispatched through trusted delivery partners.
However, risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon delivery at the shipping address provided. Please ensure your address details are accurate and complete when placing an order.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or tampered with, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos for verification. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.
